We give your site a subdomain in the form username.zekiya.com — free. Connecting your own custom domain is not available right now.

If you'll showcase up to 4 products and won't manage ads, Starter is enough. For the Brand Assistant + content studio + team leadership and 8 products, Pro. All card payments are taken via the Iyzico infrastructure with 3D Secure. Your card details are not stored in Zekiya's systems; they are held on the PCI-DSS-compliant Iyzico side.

Yes — a 14-day unconditional refund after payment. We don't ask why. Cancel in one click from the panel, and the money returns to the same card within 14 business days. For details see Terms of Use.

Cancel in one click from the member panel via My Subscription → Cancel. Within the first 14 days it's a full unconditional refund. If you cancel after 14 days, the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then stops automatically.

Yes, anytime from My Subscription. On an upgrade the difference is charged immediately; on a downgrade the new plan applies from the next period.

Team is a plan above Business for team-building leaders. It includes all Business features, plus ready-set-up team seats for your downline (299 ₺/mo per seat, added in multiples of 5 on top of the base plan), follow-up sequence sharing, first-30-days checklist handoff, and a team activation panel. 2,499 ₺/mo (base) + the seats you choose. There's a yearly allowance by plan: Starter 4, Pro 8, Business 12. When you switch, your existing content (products, photos, bio) is preserved.

Yes, the color palette and font pair can be customized on all plans. There are 20 ready palettes + 6 font pairs to choose from, and you can also add a custom accent color.

On the Pro and Business plans you can show and hide sections from the panel. On Business you can also add/remove/reorder sections.

Based on the name, bio, products and tone you provide during onboarding, AI generates the headlines, descriptions and section texts. If you don't like them, you can edit each text one by one from panel/site-icerik.php or say "rewrite with AI" (30 times per day).

Yes, you can add/delete/reorder them from the Gallery menu in the panel. Photo count by plan: Starter 4, Pro 8, Business 16.

There's a WhatsApp/chat button at the bottom right of your site. When a visitor asks, AI answers in your tone, giving information only about your products. It has hallucination protection: it won't mention products/prices that don't exist.

Monthly: Starter 750, Pro 1,500, Business 3,000 conversations. If the limit is reached, the widget shows a "high demand" message until month end, and resets when the plan renews.

You can edit the AI prompt template from panel/asistan.php. If products or prices are wrong, fix the DB from panel/urunler.php and AI will use the new data immediately.

Yes — AI responds 24/7 via our AI service provider. In the rare event of an API outage, the widget shows a "currently busy" message and returns automatically once it normalizes.

No — we never connect to any of your social accounts or ask for passwords. You upload a screenshot of your own profile; AI scores it on a 7-axis trust rubric (profile clarity, consistency, value-to-sales balance, social proof, professionalism, transparency and trust-damaging phrases) and returns a prioritized 3-5 item action plan. You get 2 audits per week; the score is visible only in your panel. Available on Pro and above; only your own profile can be analyzed — uploading someone else's profile is not allowed.

Yes. The Academy is automatically open in every member's panel — whoever you bring into your team trains on the same curriculum regardless of their plan. With team leadership tools (Pro and above) you track your new member's First 30 Days checklist progress; on the Team plan you can additionally publish your own training materials to your team in the Team Education Center.

On the Business and Team plans, you load a minimum of 500 ₺ at once from Ads → Load Budget. After a 20% service fee is deducted, the remainder is transferred to Meta.

AI generates them automatically from your products and brand; all are presented for your approval, and you can reject the ones you don't like. (The ad module is on the Business and Team plans.)

Yes — for Business and Team users, AI analyzes the previous day's performance every morning and sends a new suggestion to WhatsApp. If you approve, the campaign is published.

Yes, you can stop it in one click from the Ads section of the panel. An instant command goes to Meta and spending stops immediately.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, session cookies are HttpOnly + Secure, and all traffic is over SSL. Meta API access tokens are stored encrypted with AES-256.

We process data in compliance with KVKK: we are VERBİS-registered and don't keep your data beyond the required legal periods. For details see the KVKK Notice.

If you request account closure via the member panel, data related to your site is deleted after 30 days. During this period it can be recovered if you decide to return.

Iyzico (payment), AI Service Provider (chat and text generation), Meta (ads), AI Image Generation Service, Cloudflare (CDN + Turnstile captcha), Natro (hosting). We have data processing agreements with all of them.
