Is the refund really unconditional?
Yes. If it's been less than 14 days since payment, we issue a full refund without asking why; the money returns to the same card within 14 business days.
Can I connect my own domain?
For now we only provide the free username.zekiya.com subdomain. Custom domain support is on the roadmap — existing members will be notified when it's added.
Is KVKK data safe?
We are VERBİS-registered. Your distributor ID is in an encrypted database and never shared with third parties. Details: KVKK Notice.
Does Zekiya store my card details?
No. All card payments are taken via Iyzico with 3D Secure; the card number is held on the PCI-DSS-compliant Iyzico side, not with us.
